The course fees mentioned above include; access to scientific sessions that will be held at Memorial Bahcelievler Hospital, coffee breaks and lunch on the 22nd of September and VAT

Meeting registration should be done in order to register for one of the courses

Each course is limited with 30 person. It is based on “First Come First Serve” basis

Shuttle service will be provided for the participants who accommodate at Dedeman Hotel as free of charge

Changes and Cancellation

Refund for cancellations of registration will be made subject to the following deadline and administration charge.

• On and before June 03, 2022 - Full refund excluding the bank expenses
• Between June 04 – August 01 2022 - 50% refund excluding the bank expenses
• On and after August 02, 2022 - No refund
• Name change is can be done till September 22, 2022
• All the refunds will be done after the congress
